Brunching by the lake

This is Maryline and Christy. I met Maryline ages ago in my first camp. We both were kitchen helps/cleaners. We had a lot of fun together. Christy is in my small group in my church and it's quite fun to have somebody else to speak English with.

I was in high school with Sarah. She just finished her training to be a school teacher and has gotten her first job. Congratulations!!

Far right is Véro, one of the best people in the world. She just has this huge fire to follow God and to help others along the way. She'll be my small group leader starting... next week?

I met Elodie a few weeks ago. She's a lot of fun too and just has God's love for kids and teens. She's also a teacher but is leaving next week to do YWAM in Perth, Australia. We're going to miss her!

Yesterday (Sunday), we went for a picnic just by the lake. It was a lot of fun. We were expecting more people from our church, but ended up being less than a dozen, which was fine too. We just had soooo much food. Rather impressive, really.
One thing (out of many) I really like about my church here is that the service is in the evening. There are other things I love about it too (a lot of them much more important), but it is nice to be able to sleep in in the morning.
