I have survived my very first day as a teacher, although I haven't actually taught anything yet. I have, however, (re)learnt quite a lot. For example, looking where you are going is a VERY good idea. When you do that, you are able to avoid walking into glass windows in front of your students...
I have also learnt that I need to speak English more slowly, so that beginner English students can still un-der-stand.... me.
Oh! I've learnt that attractif is actually a word in French too. My mistake...
Tomorrow will be my first day with my class. I hope I'll have some good contacts with the students.
Less than 2 months and I'll be back in good old Vic. Time just flies by.
